One of my favorite parts of what I do is seeing clients again. It’s usually a year later for their annual holiday card. I love seeing how big the kids have gotten, hear about any life updates and just catch up! This was the third time I’ve shot this beautiful family and each time just gets better and better.

If you know anything about Helen Putnam you know there are about three main ways to get to the top. You can go the long easy way on the paved trail, up the middle on a slightly harder trail or straight up on what I like to call “the hill of pain.” This family was running a little late so we had no choice but to go straight up. And we didn’t have time to take our time so we had to move quickly.

Out of breath and sore from the hike, we immediately jumped in and started shooting. They ROCKED their session. It was a bit of a whirlwind but all worth it! Check out the photos below.
