It’s always an honor to be chosen as a couples wedding photographer. But when your friends ask you to capture their day, it hits a little different. Nick & Mia started out as new neighbors and became great friends shortly after. When they asked me to be their wedding photographer, I was so excited. I knew it would be a day as special as they are!

If I had to describe their day, it would be Joyous. Even the gloomy weather and rain didn’t stop the party. Before they even got on the shuttle to head to Beaumont Farms, there was the cutest dance between bride and groom. The bridal party surrounded them and they danced to “Going to the Chapel of Love”. Seriously the cutest thing! The love and joy was so contagious! I absolutely recommend a pre-reception dance party.

The ceremony was moved inside because of the drizzle, but that made the event that much more special. It was a packed house, half standing, half sitting but it didn’t matter. You could just feel the love and support of Nick & Mia’s family and friends.

The reception started off with Beer burrows and ended with a live band that kept the party going! The whole day was filled with so much Joy and love. not just for each other but those that shared it with them. Absolutely one of my favorite weddings to date!
